"First off, any staff I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally courteous with excellent and exceptional customer service talent. I was assured that these are professionals, well trained to be respectful of property and excellent and communication. As expected, I got a courtesy call to tell me approximately when the luggers would arrive at my house. They brought up a very old and very heavy refrigerator up a solid, somewhat narrow basement staircase, without leaking gouging or damaging anything... They took it down the path, then down another little set of concrete steps and into their truck and the way they went in the whole project probably took 20 minutes. I believe standard refrigerator removal is $125, and that we paid happily, because four of my family members couldn't do the job together – lol.... I would absolutely use them again!"
